“ I listened to this amplifier carefully at the HI-FI & HIGH END SHOW exhibition at the Borodino Hotel in Moscow on October 18-20, 2024. Before that, I saw it at RosHighEnd exhibition, saw a video about it on YouTube and mentions on the Internet. At first, I laughed at the multi-colored backlight, indistinct body and meager size. In short, I was biased towards it, even disdained thoughtful listening. But at the HI-FI & HIGH END SHOW exhibition in Borodino, everything changed. It played with Bowers & Wilkins 803 D3 acoustics (black). And I listened to it sitting in the main chair, located in the middle in the center. I was simply amazed at how these Bowers & Wilkins can play. Until that moment, I did not even expect to hear anything like this from these speakers. Crystal Transparency, incredible ease of presentation and a gorgeous stage. I listened to one composition, then another, then another. All the above-mentioned effects were preserved on all the compositions. It was very pleasant and comfortable to listen to. I wanted to listen again and again. The maximum of what Bowers & Wilkins is capable of was extracted. Extreme ease of presentation of the material. I was VERY impressed by this amplifier. Personally, I have only one serious complaint about this amazing amplifier - the design (appearance). It does not correspond to its capabilities at all. The amplifier looks simple and generally resembles some kind of frivolous plastic box, although it is metal and its appearance is plastic. It lacks in &qout;design&qout; for me. But It plays amazingly! ”
